Arora Tapped for Design/Bid/Build Mixed Use Project in University City

Arora has been selected to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and special systems engineering design services for a mixed-use design/build project in the University City section of Philadelphia. The project will be built on a two-acre site to include 300 apartments, 16,500 SF of ground floor retail space, a 2,000 SF leasing office, and amenities including a parking garage and fitness center. This project marks Arora’s first collaboration with Erdy McHenry Architecture, LLC.
