West Chester University Taps Arora for On-Call Design Services

Arora was recently awarded a contract with West Chester University to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the school on an on-call basis. Projects covered under the agreement include maintenance, repair, renovation, alterations, and new construction. Arora will be responsible for all phases of the project cycle including feasibility studies, construction cost estimation, conceptual and schematic design, construction documentation, specifications, bid services, and construction administration.

Located minutes from Arora’s corporate office in Chadds Ford, PA, West Chester University is a public university offering a variety of undergraduate programs as well as cooperative programs with other institutions for graduate education. Founded in the late 1800s, it is one of 14 members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
