Three New Employees Join Arora in February

Arora is pleased to welcome the following people to its ever-growing staff:

Daniel J. Hawkins, PE
Dan joins Arora’s Newark office as a Sr. Fire/Life Safety Engineer with over 25 years of experience designing fire alarm systems to protect life and property. His expertise lies in systems protecting large multi-building campus environments including higher education, energy/power generation, and government facilities. Dan earned a Bachelor of Engineering/Chemical Engineering degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.

Renee Siciliano
Renee brings over 20 years of experience in consulting engineering for transportation projects to the Arora team as a Project Controls Specialist. She is experienced in all facets of the project delivery process with specific expertise in budgets, reports, and scheduling. Renee holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from Delaware County Community College and has undertaken additional Business Management courses at The Pennsylvania State University and Widener University.

Kevin Sultanik, AIA, LEED AP
Arora is excited to welcome Kevin Sultanik to the firm’s Chadds Ford office as a Project Manager. He brings 20 years of experience in project planning, design, documentation, and construction administration of diverse projects from renovation to new construction. His project experience includes commercial, institutional, higher education, and civic and federal government. He has an extensive background in both renovations and new construction, directing all project phases from initial planning through completion of construction, coordinating efforts of architectural staff and engineering consultants, contractors, and client teams. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Temple University and is a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kevin is also a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
