Arora is a Gold Sponsor of the 24th Annual March of Dimes Luncheon
Arora Engineers was once again proud to serve as a Gold Sponsor of the 24th annual March of Dimes Transportation, Building + Construction Awards Luncheon held on Thursday, March 23rd at the Reading Terminal Ballroom at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Service to Humanity Award Honorees included Drexel University; Edward Loomis, Business Manager of Elevator Constructors Local #5; and Congressman Dwight Evans, US House of Representatives District #2.
Annual “Project of the Year” honors were awarded to the FMC Tower at Cira Centre South as Philadelphia Commercial Building Project, Philadelphia Eagles – Lincoln Financial Field as Philadelphia Sustainability Project, and the Crum Creek Viaduct Replacement as Suburban Transportation Project.
This year’s event raised over $640k to help fund prenatal wellness initiatives and provide neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) family support programs as well as support research at Pennsylvania hospitals and universities to prevent birth defects, premature births, and infant mortality. Arora’s President & CEO, Manik Arora, PE, is a member of the event’s Board of Directors.
