Chase serves as Vice President, Chief Engineer at Arora. In Chase’s, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s technical excellence, quality standards, and technical oversight of project execution across Planning & Design.
Throughout his career at Arora, Chase has demonstrated strong technical expertise, leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to quality. His dedication to our people, projects, and clients has earned him the respect of colleagues across the company.
Chase frequently coordinates with other trades and is comfortable working with Authorities Having Jurisdiction. He has attended technical training seminars presented by manufacturers such as Viking, Victaulic, Kidde, System Sensor, and Potter, and by industry organizations such as the NJ and NYC Society of Fire Protection Engineers, NJ National Fire Sprinkler Association, and NJ and NYC Automatic Fire Alarm Association. He is proficient in AutoCad, Revit, HASS, and HydraCAD, and is experienced in NFPA and state code analysis.
Chase enjoys road trips and has driven from Wisconsin to Alaska and back – twice. Until the age of 10 he grew up in a town of 600 people. He now has 8.4 million neighbors in New York City!
