Marketing Manager
Christyn Binder graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a BA in ‘Urban Studies,’ which she jokes is the ultimate liberal arts degree because the colleges allowed her to combine all of her multifaceted interests – history, sociology, archaeology, economics, and social justice – into one very multidisciplinary major. After graduating, she was hired at a woman-owned, Architecture and Engineering Firm in NY, spending half her week assisting the Marketing department and the other half assisting the Landscape Architecture department, which allowed her to explore many different facets of professional services and the AEC industry overall.
Since then, she has spent her career helping professional services and technology firms develop proposals and cultivate marketing strategies that increase revenue, improve efficiency, and drive engagement. She excels at researching and writing proposal content and thought leadership pieces, building firm qualifications, and developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with coworkers, clients, and other industry partners.
As Marketing Manager, Christyn is responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of Arora’s marketing team of proposal, digital communications, and graphic design specialists and works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Operations team to ensure key objectives and deliverables are accomplished and execute on our Marketing and Communications plans.
Christyn is passionate about giving unique vintage wares new life. In fact, more than half of the furniture and decor in her home are thrifted or second-hand!
