David has nearly two decades of experience in electrical engineering with a design focus in airfield lighting, lighting, lighting controls, power distribution and telecommunication systems. David is well versed in new construction and renovations of private sector and public sector facilities, including airfield, aircraft hangars, military/DOD, education, pharmaceutical, biotech, financial, office, industrial, and storage facilities. He currently has PE certifications in thirty-one states! Utilizing his wide range of experience, David is an advocate for a collaborative design process with increased communication to ensure a coordinated design between disciplines, the client, and end users.

David and his wife, Liz, typically try to travel somewhere fun once a year on their anniversary instead of trading gifts. Some of their adventures include driving the “Road to Hana” 3 times, swimming in the “Queen’s Bath”, eating wild termites, cave tubing, riding horses in the ocean, hiking two active volcanos in the rain, night snorkeling with manta rays, and snorkeling with over 50 sharks. David and Liz also have soft spots for animals, especially cats.
