Plumbing Discipline Lead
Donna has always had a fondness for math. During her high school years, her mother worked in the engineering department at a local college, where Donna received valuable mentorship from engineering professors. They encouraged her to explore engineering programs for college.
Having passed by the Arora office numerous times, Donna eventually gathered the courage to walk in with her resume and a cover letter. This proactive approach resulted in an interview and a job offer. She initially worked as a plumbing engineer before advancing to the role of Plumbing Discipline Lead. In this position, Donna mentors designers and oversees project drawings and specifications companywide.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Donna actively participates in WTS as a Transportation You mentor for high school students. Additionally, she has served as a mentor and a judge for entries in Future Cities.
Donna loves fostering dogs, inspired by her daughter's adoption of Blu from Love of All Dogs (LOAD) in Puerto Rico. LOAD saves abandoned pups, ensuring their health before bringing them to the US. Though saying goodbye is tough, seeing the adopter's "first look" is incredibly rewarding!
