BIM/CAD Practice Lead

Earl has 23 years of experience in the engineering industry, including the development of innovative CAD standards and procedures. He possesses extensive knowledge of FAA policies, procedures and advisory circulars. He also trained the entire DOA’s CAD technician staff and developed the proficiency exam that was used in the hiring of the DOA’s own CAD manager. Earl also administered the exam for PHL.
