Howard brings over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction of aviation and transportation projects. As Regional Director for the Western US, his responsibilities include project management and development, design and construction administration for projects of all sizes.
Howard provides innovative design, keeping up to speed with the most cutting-edge solutions in engineering, construction techniques and energy efficiency. His experience as a former licensed electrician and electrical estimator has helped him to develop practical construction expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical failures and devise practical real-time solutions.
Howard enjoys working on renovations and additions to his home and maintains a fully equipped woodshop. His favorite vacation is Captaining fishing trips across the Bahamas.
