Howard has over 30 years of experience implementing digital systems for critical infrastructure. He is a dynamic Senior Leader and Technical Manager renowned for his expertise in delivering industry leading smart solutions. His career is marked by adeptness at orchestrating global and diverse teams and successfully managing a $5M+ practice area.
Howard’s extensive experience includes integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAM), and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) into robust AEC Common Data Environments (CDE). The CDE, a system of systems, supports advanced capabilities such as artificial intelligence and machine learning analytics, progressive design and construction review, augmented reality, and robotics.
Howard’s recent high-profile engagements include NEOM THE LINE, Dallas-Fort Worth Airport’s Digital Twin Platform, and the Abu Dhabi Division of Municipalities and Transport’s Traffic Impact Permit System. As an industry thought leader, Howard emphasizes the use of digital twins, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and create value in project delivery and portfolio operations. He is committed to excellence and innovation, actively exploring ways to optimize digital technology for transformative results
Howard is a member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Project Management Institute (PMI). He served on the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Digital Twin Working Group and currently participates in the Airports Consultants Council (ACC) BIM Subcommittee.
