Mark T. Mosko, AIA, NCARB

Chief Operating Officer, Planning-Design-PM/CM

After earning a business degree, Mark found himself building houses which led to an interest in floor plans and architectural design. He then returned to school to study Architecture and to become a Registered Architect. More than half of Mark’s 20 years of architectural experience has been devoted exclusively to aviation-related projects, with emphasis on terminal design and master planning.

Serving as a Senior Vice President and Regional Director at Arora, Mark is responsible for leading and directing activities for the firm’s Baltimore, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Ft. Lauderdale offices. He also manages and directs major projects for the Maryland Aviation Administration, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, and Massachusetts Port Authority.

Arora’s clients benefit from the value Mark adds to his projects by using his architectural perspective in the management of Arora’s engineering professionals. He understands how large projects are managed and assembled on the architectural side and what is needed to successfully coordinate and integrate the various components that are required for the building systems. This allows Mark to bridge the gap between the two professions and serve as a liaison for both to ensure everyone’s interests are communicated to produce a successful project.
