Director, Information Technology
Early in Rick’s career, he worked with court-adjudicated youths in a non-profit environment. He decided to pursue a career path in Information Technology, receiving his CompTIA A+ and MCSE certifications which provided the opportunity to become a Network Administrator. Rick became the Director of Information Technology for a non-profit drug and alcohol rehabilitation company before finally accepting his current position with Arora. He has 23 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
As Director of Information Technology, Rick is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Arora’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. He manages IT staff, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. Additionally, he leads IT projects and stays updated on technology trends to drive innovation and improvements within the organization.
Rick is a major sports fan. He is an avid golfer and played in the AMNRL Rugby League for 15 years and softball for 20 years.
