Employee Appreciation at Arora: Summer BBQ and Ice Cream Social

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and great company, and this summer, our team at Arora, Chadds Ford, embraced both with two fantastic employee appreciation events!

To kick off the season, we fired up the grill for a classic summer BBQ. While the rain kept us indoors, it didn’t dampen our spirits. The team came together to enjoy our grilled favorites, share stories, and make the most of a laughter-filled afternoon. From casual conversations to reconnecting with teammates, it was a perfect way to celebrate the start of summer, rain or shine.

Just a few weeks later, we cooled things down with an Ice Cream Social, an ideal treat during a busy week. With an assortment of flavors and toppings to choose from, team members created their own custom sundaes and enjoyed a well-earned afternoon break.

These gatherings are more than just a chance to relax, they are opportunities to strengthen bonds, spark new conversations, and build the relationships that power our collaborative culture. Friendly games, including a lively round of giant Jenga, added an extra layer of fun and a little lighthearted competition.
