Project Management
Arora assists clients in managing the design, procurement, construction, and post- construction phases of their new construction, renovation, or redevelopment projects. Arora assists the client in establishing the project budget and schedule, then provides the associated support including:
- Design review for constructability
- Subcontract bid package(s) preparation
- Award recommendations
During construction, Arora oversees and/or manages all of the preconstruction and construction activities. Arora turnover at the end of the project ensures the client has complete operating staff training, operation and maintenance records, and as-built records.
Construction Management.
Arora provides support for clients that request limited assistance during any part of the project’s design or construction phases. Construction management services might consist of constructability reviews, contract administration, quality assurance, inspection of the work in place, change order evaluation, etc. To whatever extent our services will be required, Arora offers a full spectrum to satisfy each client’s needs.

Staff Support Services
Arora provides project management support as an extension of staff for capital improvement programs and projects. Support staff includes project managers, resident engineers, construction managers, project coordinators, contract administrators, and construction inspectors.
