Jason Shevrin, PE, DSCE Promoted to Chief Compliance Officer

Arora Engineers, Inc. (Arora) is pleased to announce Jason Shevrin, PE, DSCE, has been promoted to our newly formed position as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Jason joined Arora in September of 2001. As the Senior Vice President and Special Systems Practice Lead, Jason was responsible for leadership and strategic direction of the firm as well as the management and development of Arora’s special systems engineering division which includes digital signage and wayfinding, security and access control, communications, and information technology. As the Director of Arora’s Center City Philadelphia office, Jason oversaw the firm’s business development, projects, and staff in that area.

Jason has maintained a strong focus on how Arora’s work directly impacts real people. Some examples include mobile and digital wayfinding to help passengers navigate airports while enhancing their traveling experience, systems to better communicate with and assist travelers with disabilities, as well as cutting-edge security strategies to ensure the public’s safety and protection of infrastructure. This end-user focus is why Jason’s clients enjoy working with him so much.

As the CCO, Jason is responsible for the compliance, execution and use of policies, procedures, tools and methods which are developed and defined pertaining to the planning, design, and construction business. While continuously training operations managers on the use and execution of standards and operating procedures, Jason will also assume the role of liaison between the Advisory Board and the VP council. His overall mission as CCO will be to facilitate and guarantee excellence, technical rigor, and quality standards.
