This Web Site does not constitute the practice of engineering (or the practice of any associated disciplines offered by Arora) and no professional service or advice is given upon which you may rely. This Web Site provides only general information and should not be utilized as a substitute for obtaining professional services or advice. If engineering or other professional advice or assistance is required, the services of a professional should be sought.
Arora authorizes you to view and download the materials on this Web Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All names, text, pictures, images, logos, marks and other items appearing in this Web Site, except as otherwise noted, are copyrighted by or are trademarks, service marks of, or under license to Arora. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arora, it’s officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation legal, accounting, and expert fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Web Site or your breach of the terms of this Agreement.
Section 8. Miscellaneous.
Arora makes no claim that the content of this Web Site is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to this Web Site may not be legal for certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws including those of your jurisdiction. This Web Site and its contents are controlled by Arora from its offices in the United States and your use of this Web Site is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without application of its conflict or choice of law principles. Jurisdiction for any claim or action arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the state courts in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. To be an effective waiver of these Terms by Arora, the waiver must be in writing and signed by Arora, and no waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arora with respect to the use of the Web Site.
