Manik Arora, PE Presents at the 90th Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition

The 90th Annual AAAE Conference & Exposition was held April 15-18, 2018 in San Diego, CA. Manik Arora, PE, President & CEO, presented with an exciting and informative panel of experts that discussed the “Tips, Tools, & Tech to Unlock Passenger-Based Revenue.”

Manik presented alongside panelists Paul “PJ” Mastracchio, Founder & CEO of @YourGate, Shaffi Mather, Founder & CEO of MUrgency, Jason McMinn, Co-founder and Vice President of Product at LocusLabs, and Jerry Zeephat, Product Manager – Airport Mobility & IoT at SITA. The panel was moderated by Jonathon Graves, Senior Manager at San Diego International Airport.

According to the panel, customer experience scores are just one part of the story. Effective passenger engagement can also help unlock new streams of non-aeronautical revenue for airports. Therefore, the panelists focused on discussing the emerging services, solutions, and technologies that can boost customer experience scores as well as help airports increase their bottom lines.
