Delaware Armory Building Life Safety and Security

Arora Systems Group (ASG) provided all labor and fittings necessary for a complete installation and programming of the fire alarm, burglar alarm, CCTV and Access Control system at the Town of Middletown, Delaware Armory Building.

ASG was responsible for site survey and running all conduit and wire, installation of all devices, and system programming for a Silent Knight SK-5660 alarm panel as well as smoke, heat, and duct detectors, and pull stations. This system also consisted of a beam smoke detector for the Armory Building’s two-story ceilings in the gymnasium.

In addition, ASG provided a complete installation and programming of an IP CCTV system and indoor and outdoor cameras. The project also included installation of a DSC intrusion alarm system integrated with a Kantech Access control system and cellular communicator for the entire building.

The 50+ year-old facility was not originally designed to accommodate these types of systems, making the project both challenging and highly rewarding.
