City of Philadelphia Fire Department Assessments

Arora provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assessments at Engines 8, 10, 18, 19, and 25 for the Philadelphia Fire Department.

The design team conducted on-site surveys of existing MEP conditions at each of the locations. After assessing each site, the team prepared a report on the status of the visual conditions observed during the investigation stage for each location. Historical data, work order information, survey findings and interview information from City staff were included in this comprehensive report.

Arora also provided a detailed list of recommendations and life cycle evaluations needed to improve any physical or code related deficiency. Each recommendation was prioritized based on the deficiency level, with those presenting a significant hazard or risk to the City given top priority.
