Arora Welcomes Marc Liciardello as Senior Vice President, Facilities!

Arora Engineers, LLC (Arora) proudly announces the appointment of Marc Liciardello, CFM, CM, IFMA Fellow, as our new Senior Vice President of Facilities.

Marc brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization, bolstering our ongoing commitment to advancing our mission of “Improving the Quality of Life by Rethinking Infrastructure.” As our new Senior Vice President of Facilities, Marc will report to Manik Arora, PE, PE, President & CEO or Arora, and will collaborate closely with Adam Oliver, MBA, Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Arora Systems Group, leading our facilities management division to fortify and expand our strategic endeavors in the forthcoming years, fostering synergies across all facets of our business.

Arora Systems Group, which is Arora’s current facilities group, was started by Manik in 2004 focused in Philadelphia with a vision for regional growth, stands as a pivotal component of our strategic framework. Manik emphasizes, “It has been an integral part of our strategy to fully realize the value we offer to our clients over extended periods, encompassing operations and maintenance within the lifecycle of our impact wheel. Our aim is to extend and integrate our exceptional project-based engagements to the full life cycle of the built environment with strategic facility management capability that enhances our enduring partnerships and delivers on our client commitments for the foreseeable future. Our Facilities team remains resolute in exploring emerging market sectors, including Life Sciences, Higher Education, Corporate Real Estate, Federal, Rail and Transit, and others.”

Marc’s professional journey spans several pivotal roles, including overseeing Operations and Maintenance at PHL Airport, where he collaborated closely with Manik during their tenure together in the engineering realm. Subsequently, serving as Director of Integrated Facility Management Services, Marc contributed to the significant growth of Elliott Lewis Corporation, our key business partner, and this broad experience will help the Arora companies to scale our current services and capabilities.

Prior to joining Arora, Marc served as Vice President, Global Corporate Services at Aramark Corporation, where he steered overarching strategic direction and managed profit and loss for a team overseeing real estate, facility management, and administrative services across 600 sites, with assets exceeding $1 billion in value.

Marc holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and an MBA from Widener University, where he currently chairs the Dean’s Advisory Council at the School of Business Administration. He has held esteemed leadership roles, including serving as the Chair of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association), earning IFMA Fellowship, and garnering recent accreditation from MIT in Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, Marc is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Marc has consistently demonstrated remarkable foresight and dynamic leadership, poised to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, surpassing objectives for both clientele and communities.
