Arora Talks Mobile Technology at ACI-NA Airports@Work

Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) recently hosted its annual Airports@Work conference in Austin, TX. Focusing on the Environment, Security, Operations, and Information Technology, the Airports@Work conference brings together the most complex facets of airport operations for a collaborative discussion about today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.

Arora was tapped by ACI-NA’s Business Information Technology Committee to join a panel discussion about mobile technology and the Internet of Things. Titled “All in the Palm of Your Hand – The Role of Mobile Devices,” the panel was led by Mike Youngs, Deputy Chief Information Officer of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Arora’s President & CEO, Manik Arora, PE represented Arora. Other participants included Phil Easter, Director of Mobile Apps & Wearables at American Airlines, and Jason McMinn, Vice President of Locus Labs.
