Five New Employees Join Arora in April

Donna Guzewski, PE
Donna brings over 30 years of design and contracting experience to Arora’s Chadds Ford office in the capacity of Sr. Mechanical Engineer responsible for designing mechanical and plumbing systems. She has strong technical expertise in the design and installation of plumbing, medical gas, fuel gas, and fire protection systems for a variety of occupancies. Her experience also includes conventional domestic water, sanitary, storm systems, utility service piping, fire suppression piping, wet and dry sprinkler systems, and specialty agents. Donna is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.

Karen Mevoli
Karen joins Arora’s Chadds Ford office as the firm’s new Billing Manager. In her new role she will oversee the firm’s billing and accounting processes. Possessing over 20 years of finance experience, Karen excels at accounting management, daily/month end financial reporting, internal and external auditing procedures, and accounts payable and receivable. She is also an adept financial project manager able to manage multiple concurrent assignments within tight time constraints.

Krista Simmons
Arora is pleased to welcome Krista to the Chadds Ford office in the capacity of Payroll Accountant/Human Resources Assistant. Krista will be responsible for processing payroll for Arora’s 120+ employees nationwide as well as providing assistance within the firm’s Human Resources department. Possessing nearly 20 years of finance and human resources experience, Krista’s previous roles have involved payroll processing, employee benefits, legal compliance, financial reporting, and HR/accounting software administration.

Mary Beth Weiss
Beth joins Arora’s corporate marketing team in the Chadds Ford office as Sr. Graphic Designer. Her responsibilities will include graphic design, maintaining the firm’s brand image, and providing coordination with vendors. Beth has nearly 30 years of creative and graphic design experience including print, publication, package, web, email, and exhibit design. She is an adept project manager who enjoys involvement in all phases of a project to execute creative from concept through to completion. Beth’s expertise also includes reviewing and approving designs, coordinating schedules and budgets, defining, assigning, or researching photography and illustration needs, and presenting concepts to management and clients.

Bradford White, CEM, LEED AP
Brad joins Arora’s Boston office as Sr. Mechanical Designer with over 35 years of experience in the design and administration of mechanical engineering projects. In his new role he will be responsible for providing design services for Arora’s clients in the Boston region such as the Massachusetts Port Authority and Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Brad’s expertise includes HVAC, steam, hot water, chilled water, refrigerant, radiant heating, controls, and construction administration. In addition, he specializes in design for energy conservation and efficiency and is a Certified Energy Manager, a Certified Energy Auditor, a Certified Radiant Heating Designer, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
