Adam Oliver, MBA Named to Airport Business Magazine’s 2019 Top 40 Under 40

Congratulations to Adam Oliver, MBA on being named one of Airport Business magazine’s 2019 Top 40 Under 40! 2019 marks the eighth year of the Top 40 program, which showcases the top talent and leading thinkers in the aviation industry who are driving success and innovations for the future.

Working for Arora

Adam is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Arora Engineers, and the General Manager of Arora Systems Group. With over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, Adam is responsible for strategic business planning and the direction and execution of marketing and growth strategies for all Arora companies and subsidiaries. Adam also sits on the firm’s advisory board and is an active member in the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), the Airport Consultants Council (ACC), and the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA).

Adam finds large infrastructure projects, especially those within aviation, to be the most challenging and exciting. “The aviation industry is so exciting right now,” Adam notes. “There’s so much going on and airports are growing and expanding, and we’re getting to help with that process, incorporating technology and new advancements into terminal, airfield, and landside projects, and making airports into a place that people want to go, not have to go.”

Leadership Goals

Through Adam’s leadership, the firm’s reputation as “airport people” has gained traction and allowed for the successful completion of exciting, state-of-the-art airport design. Adam has also pushed Arora to pursue the arena of thought leadership, discussing Arora’s work and innovative design methods through blogs and industry articles, to promote the firm’s aviation expertise and contribute their knowledge to the field.
