When asked what motivates him to go the extra mile, Andruw shared that his drive comes from seeing projects evolve from early concepts to fully realized spaces that the public can experience and enjoy.

“Whenever I’m at an airport where I’ve worked, I can look at the final product and say, ‘I helped design that.’ It reminds me of all the hard work and behind-the-scenes effort that went into bringing it to life.”

This pride in craftsmanship, coupled with his thoughtful approach to design, has earned Andruw the trust of colleagues and clients alike.
