Arora is Named One of The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2022

Arora Engineers (Arora) is honored to be named one of The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2022 in the medium company category. This is the third time Arora has received this award.

Each year, The Philadelphia Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to identify the top companies to work for in the Greater Philadelphia area, as voted on by the people who know them best – their employees.

Employees from each company were asked to complete Quantum’s online survey, and responses from each completed survey were then compiled and evaluated. In order to be included in the list, a company must reach a statistical target based on their employees’ responses to secure, anonymous surveys. The surveys include sections on work environment, personal growth, professional development, and embracing change and new ideas. Companies were then ranked and winners chosen in each of the categories by their composite score.

The year’s list consists of five categories– micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large, and includes 76 companies from across the region. Winners in each category were honored at a breakfast celebration at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia on July 28th.

This honor is a tribute to the people who make Arora’s culture thrive by living out our corporate values such as communication, customer focus, ethics, excellence, innovation, mutual respect, and safety.
