Vice President, Construction Services Practice Lead
As a young boy, Doug was first exposed to building construction while visiting a construction project directed by his grandfather. Following his grandfather’s advice and aspiring to follow in his footsteps, Doug pursued a degree in civil engineering at college. Upon graduation, he commenced his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he developed his foundation and received mentoring and training in program and project management. Since then, Doug has dedicated his entire career to working in the engineering, construction, and real estate business sectors.
In his role as the lead for the Construction Services Practice, Doug is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the business development and staffing needs to grow the national Program Management and Construction Management practice. Doug’s professional experience encompasses marketing, business development, contract negotiations, and the execution of engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and real estate services.
Each year, Doug reads through the entire Bible – Genesis through Revelation. He finds some of the most amazing stories ever are written in the Bible, which narrates the history of the world, people, and cultures.
