Holly Marrone brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, operations, and leadership development, with a focus on building high-performing, people-centered organizations. She is known for creating environments where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed.
As Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Arora Engineers (Arora), Holly plays a key role in shaping the firm’s culture and advancing its people strategy. She partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for continued growth.
Prior to joining Arora, Holly led the modernization of people operations at Remington & Vernick Engineers, supporting the firm through a period of transformation. She also spent 17 years at the University of Pennsylvania, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Chief People Officer for the School of Nursing. During her tenure, she developed leadership coaching programs, strengthened organizational culture, and improved employee engagement and retention.
Holly holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rowan University, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University. She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds multiple certifications in leadership development and talent management.
Holly is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, starting her mornings at 5:15 a.m. in the gym. She believes taking care of herself first helps her show up stronger for others.
