Electrical Practice Lead

Ryan has always had a natural inclination to solve problems and fix things, both in school and his personal life. In school, he was always interested in math and science classes, but it wasn’t until high school when he was first exposed to physics, electronics, and AutoCAD courses that he realized that the engineering field would be a natural fit for him and something worth pursuing as a career.

His career in the electrical engineering field has included work on projects across the country in many varying industries with a diverse clientele. Markets include federal, science & technology, education, commercial, and transportation sectors. He is a team player with a natural ability to communicate and build strong working relationships with his clients and peers. He is known for his deep understanding of building construction codes and his focus on interpreting those requirements into the most efficient and cost effective solutions for his clients.

In his role as Electrical Practice Lead, Ryan is responsible for overseeing the electrical department’s technical excellence, quality standards, and oversight of project execution for the electrical discipline. He leads strategy, mentorship, and quality assurance initiatives across the practice and stresses collaboration with the other practices to ensure coordinated designs.
