Vincent Ricevuto, PE, CHMM, REM, CSP, boasts over 30 years of dynamic experience within Architectural and Engineering firms, where he has led expansive teams of 200+ professionals and managed P&Ls ranging from $110M to $125M annually. His expertise spans contract/project/site management, facility compliance and permitting, engineering, cost estimating, project management, AST and UST installation, environmental management and assessment, construction management, emergency management, finance, and business development.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from West Chester University he is more than halfway finished a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. Vince holds professional engineering certifications in AL, DC, DE, FL, Guam, KY, LA, MD, MS, NY, OH, PA, PR, TN, TX, USVI, VA, and WV. Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Infrastructure Preparedness Specialist (CIPS), a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM).

Vince is known for his direct demeanor and commanding executive presence coupled with a sharp business acumen. He adeptly navigates between strategic vision and tactical implementation to meet organizational goals. With a focus on operational efficiency and growth, Vince brings valuable Private Equity experience from his tenure leading operations at WSP and Louis Berger (acquired by WSP) within the A/E sector. He excels in solving intricate engineering challenges for major government clients.

Prior to joining Arora, Vince led a team of almost 1,000 emergency management professionals/technicians that supplied emergency power to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands through a contract with USACE and FEMA to haul, install, maintain, fuel/operate and deinstall over 1,200 generators for a period of over 320 days after Hurricane Maria in 2017 thru 2018.  This team continues to provide these services for USACE/FEMA nationally today as a result of the success of this very expensive (over $750M) mission.

As a leader, Mr. Ricevuto inspires his teams to achieve exceptional results by articulating a clear vision and providing support to overcome project hurdles. He fosters mentorship to ensure exceptional performance, driving his teams towards success. Mr. Ricevuto cultivates a culture of accountability and collaboration, deeply caring for the organizations he serves and the individuals within them, embodying leadership through example.

In alignment with our commitment to fostering a world-class organization, Vince will assume a pivotal role reporting directly to Manik Arora, PE, President & CEO of Arora, offering indispensable support for all of our infrastructure solutions businesses. His duties will encompass strategic planning and implementation, meticulous assembly line management, rigorous risk assessment and mitigation, continual process refinement, adherence to regulatory frameworks, optimization of operational efficiencies, spearheading technological innovation, providing inspirational leadership to teams, cultivating business development initiatives, prioritizing customer satisfaction, adept project management, and ensuring sound financial stewardship to facilitate both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
