JWI is a fully-owned subsidiary of Arora Engineers, acquired in 2025 to provide a broader suite of services and expertise to their clients, and opportunities for their staff. From a one-woman operation founded in 1999, the JWI team has now grown to over one hundred fifty members. Currently, they are a Minority-Owned business (MBE) and pre-acquisition were a woman-owned, certified WBE and DBE that has provided exceptional owner’s representation, program management and construction management for public and private owners for over 25 years. Firmly committed to diversity and inclusion, JWI began as a small project and construction management firm and has built their reputation by developing positive, long-term relationships and providing an energetic, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
