Katelyn Theiss, PE, ACE, Recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Overall Professionalism

Arora Engineers (Arora) is proud  to recognize Katelyn Theiss, PE, ACE, as the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award for overall professionalism.

When asked what contribution or effort she is most of proud of and why? Katelyn shared:

“I’m most proud of our success on a Airfield Duct Bank Replacement Project at one of the busiest airports in the Northeastern U.S. The objective was to install a communications duct bank from the Terminal connector to the center of the airfield, crossing three taxiways and a runway. The project was delivered within tight schedule as we progressed from kick-off meeting to bid documents in six weeks. I served as the Project Manager, Electrical Engineer of Record, and Construction Manager.

It was my first experience in a management type role for a project of this size and I am proud that the project is near completion with minimal issues. It was a great learning experience, and I am glad to work for a company that supports my growth. ”
