Changi International Airport Signage Review
Arora was responsible for the overall review of existing digital signage systems at Changi International Airport.
The project review was conducted in three stages.
- Stage 1 included a comprehensive and holistic review and documentation of the existing airport signage system, static and digital for the purpose of identifying potential gaps in consistency, continuity and connectivity, as well as potential negative impacts for passengers. Stage 1 also identified inconsistencies between static and digital signs.
- Stage 2 included a report of recommendations to address the items identified in Stage 1, including new digital signage locations and uses, as well as alternate use for existing digital signs.
- Stage 3 was the preparation of a signage implementation guidebook for future sign installations and implementations specifically written to support signage application going forward.
