Vincent Ricevuto Named 2025 Leadership Award Winner

Scaling Operations with Vision

Since joining Arora Engineers, Vincent Ricevuto has brought strategic focus and discipline to the firm’s operational approach, especially in its work supporting large-scale federal infrastructure projects. His leadership has been pivotal in managing complex logistics, supporting multi-agency coordination, and strengthening Arora’s presence in high-need regions.

One standout example: Vincent helped lead the rapid deployment of engineers and inspectors at the start of the Chadds Ford Management Service Contract, showcasing his ability to coordinate large, fast-moving teams and deliver with precision.

Before joining Arora, he oversaw operations in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, contributing to post-hurricane recovery efforts and bringing valuable experience in complex field logistics and emergency response to his current role.

Vincent shared his personal leadership philosophy and Go-to negotiation tactic: “Allow a win-win approach by making sure both sides feel that they won while taking a slight “haircut” at the same time (i.e. give and take)”.

An unexpected skill he frequently uses: “Levity, It’s important that co-workers enjoy what they do and smile at times to reduce stress. Being someone that can make folks at ease in difficult situations allows for greater productivity”.
