Zach Beyar Promoted to Fire/Life Safety Discipline Lead

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Zach Beyar to Fire/Life Safety (FLS) Discipline Lead.

Zach will support the practice’s technical and project-delivery efforts in this leadership role. His strong technical knowledge and Revit expertise allow him to lead by example, support project teams, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

As Discipline Lead, Zach will manage teams, guide project delivery, and help uphold the technical standards essential to effective Fire/Life Safety design. His personal connection to the profession also shapes the care and responsibility he brings to every project.

For Zach, Fire/Life Safety engineering carries a deeply personal significance. With firefighters in his family, he brings a firsthand appreciation for the people who depend on these systems in critical moments:
